Day 1 – Munich, Germany

Arrive in Munich.  Take a lazy stroll in the neighbourhood of your hotel. Enjoy some traditional Bavarian beer and food. 

 

Day 2 – Munich

Visit the famous fairy-tale Neuschwanstein Castle. Spend the evening exploring the vibrant historic city of Munich. 

 

Day 3 – Munich

Visit Dachau, the first concentration camp of Nazi Germany. 

 

Day 4 – Prague, Czech Republic

Take a river cruise on River Vltava and from the comfort of your seats have a beautiful view of the Prague Castle, the Charles Bridge, and other historical monuments. The sightseeing from the cruise is made more worthwhile by a commentary in English. 

 

Day 5 – Budapest, Hungary

Get ready to explore main attractions of Budapest with the four-hour city tour. Alongside learn about the last 1000 years of Hungarian history. 

 

Day 6 – Vienna, Austria

A three-hour Vienna city tour with a visit to the majestic Schonbrunn Palace will make your travel to Vienna memorable. 

 

Day 7 – Salzburg, Austria 

With the Salzburg card, you can drive through the cosy city of Salzburg, and also visit Mozart’s birthplace, take the cable railway to Hohensalzburg fortress, and also explore the Hohensalzburg fortress.

Payment Schedule :

• Rs 30000 or 500 EUR per person at the time of booking as registration Cost
• 50% of the tour cost on or before 90 days from the commencement of the tour
• 80% of the tour cost on or before 60 days from the commencement of the tour
• 100% of the tour cost on or before 30 days from the commencement of the tour

 

Price And Exchange Rates

• Quotation is calculated on base category of rooms.

• The above rates are valid for the dates of travel and hotels / room types as indicated. In

• case of any change in the dates of travel, amendment or rerouting of itinerary, change in hotels / room types, the costs will vary accordingly.

• Any change in the number of pax will affect package cost.

 

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

• Up to 90 days: 30% of the total tour cost ora minimum of 400 euros per person is chargeable plus any fare/accommodation and train fare which is non-refundable #

• Up to 60 days: 50% of the total tour cost or a minimum of 500 euros per person is chargeable plus any fare/accommodation and train fare which is non-refundable #

• Up to 30 days: 70% of the total tour cost or a minimum of 1000 euros per person is chargeable plus any fare/accommodation and train fare which is non-refundable #

• After 30 days: no refund (any case, visa refusal, medical emergency etc. also)

• No Show: No Refund

 

Cancellation Policy In Case Of Visa Rejection:

• If your visa is rejected/refused or delayed by the consulate and we know the outcome 15 days prior to departure, then we will charge 25% of the tour cost.

• If the visa is rejected within 15 to 8 days of tour departure then the cancellation will be 40% of the tour cost.

• If the visa is rejected within 7 days or less of tour departure then the cancellation will be 70% of the tour cost.
