Day 01: Stockholm 

Arrive at Stockholm - the capital of Sweden. 

Day 02: Stockholm 

City orientation tour includes Magnificent Town Hall from inside, Royal Palace from inside, view of Drottningholm, Vasa Ship museum from inside to see Vasa gallion. Stroll around the Waterfront area. 

Denmark

Day 03: Stockholm - Copenhagen.

Board the High speed train for Copenhagen. Arrive in Copenhagen. Visit Tivoli Garden located in the heart of the city. Enjoy various amusement rides, flower belts and twinkling lights. 

Day 04: Copenhagen - Overnight Cruise to Oslo.

City orientation tour includes Renaissance Stock Exchange, Danish Parliament and the famous statue of the Little Mermaid followed by visit to Christiansborg palace from inside. Overnight cruise to Oslo. Norway

Day 05: Oslo 

On arrival at Oslo visit world famous Vigeland Sculpture Park and 14th Century Fortress Akershus Castle from inside. City orientation tour includes view of Holmenkollen Ski Jump, Kon Tiki Museum from inside. 

Day 06: Oslo - Bergen 

Travel on the scenic route to Bergen via Eidford and Voss. Arrive in Bergen in the evening. 

Day 07: Bergen 

Travel by Mt. Floyen Funicular Tram and enjoy panoramic view of Bergen city from the top. Take an orientation tour of the Wharf - a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a flower market. 

Day 08: Bergen - Tromso 

Flight to Tromso. Arrive in Tromso in the evening. 

Day 09: Tromso 

On Board City tour includes visit to World-Renowned Museum of Musical History and a Museum of Sami People. Later board the cruise for Kirkeness. 

Day 10: On Board - Shore Excursion - Honningsvag 

Disembark the cruise for shore excursion at Honningsvag. Visit the 'North Cape', a 920 feet high steep cliff often referred as the northernmost point of Europe. 

Day 11: Disemark Cruise - Kirkenes - Ivalo Disembark the cruise.

 Arrive in Kirkenes. the "Land of the Midnight Sun" here at the North of the Arctic Circle, the sun shines day and night during the few days of summer. Proceed to Ivalo. En-route visit Gabba - The Reindeer Safari Park, experience the reindeers up close in their natural surroundings. Learn more about the Arctic nature and this special animal. Arrive in Ivalo in the evening. 

Finland

Day 12: Ivalo - Rovaniemi.Proceed to Rovaniemi. 

On arrival enjoy an orientation city tour which includes Lappia Hall, the Library, the Town Hall and the Arctic Center. Cross the Arctic Circle (66°31'N) to enter incomparable unspoiled Lapland. Stop at the Santa Claus workshop with a chance to meet Father Christmas himself. See the charming Vanha Kirkko North to Sodankyla, Lapland's oldest wooden church dating back to the 17th century. 

Day 13: Rovaniemi -- TampereProceed to Tampere. 

Take a city tour of Tampere. 

Day 14: Tampere- Helsinki. 

Proceed to Helsinki -The capital city of Finland. City orientation tour includes Modern Finlandia Hall, City Hall, Parliament House, the Presidential Palace, the monumental railroad station, the great Lutheran Cathedral, Olympic Stadium and Sibelius monument, visit to the Unique Church in the Rock and Market Square-which is bustling with activities with vendors selling fresh food and souvenirs. 

Day 15: Departure from Helsinki Board the flight for your hometown.

Package cost per person for a minimum of 20 passengers or more.

Payment Schedule :

• Rs 30000 or 500 EUR per person at the time of booking as registration Cost
• 50% of the tour cost on or before 90 days from the commencement of the tour
• 80% of the tour cost on or before 60 days from the commencement of the tour
• 100% of the tour cost on or before 30 days from the commencement of the tour

• Quotation is calculated on base category of rooms.

• The above rates are valid for the dates of travel and hotels / room types as indicated. In

• case of any change in the dates of travel, amendment or rerouting of itinerary, change in hotels / room types, the costs will vary accordingly.

• Any change in the number of pax will affect package cost.

Cancellation Policy :

• upto 90 days: 30% of cost or minimum of Rs 25000 or 400 EUR per person + flight cancellation(at  actuals)
• upto 60 days: 50% of cost or minimum of Rs 40000 or 600 EUR per person + flight cancellation(at  actuals)
• upto 30 days: 70% of cost or minimum of f Rs 60000 or 800 EUR per person + flight cancellation(at actuals)
• After 30 days: no refund

Cancellation Policy In Case Of Visa Rejection:

• If your visa is rejected/refused or delayed by the consulate and we know the outcome 15 days prior to departure, then we will charge 25% of the tour cost.

• If the visa is rejected within 15 to 8 days of tour departure then the cancellation will be 40% of the tour cost.

• If the visa is rejected within 7 days or less of tour departure then the cancellation will be 70% of the tour cost.
