Welcome to Scandinavia! Arrival in Helsinki. Take a first look at scandinavian Finnish capital in the evening. Take rest after a journey in a cozy hotel room. Enjoy a welcome dinner! 

Day 02: Suomenlinna ( Helsinki )

Fashionable Helsinki! Helsinki has recently gained a reputation as a global trendsetter for its top design, fashion, stunning architecture and luscious parks. Visit Finnish Parliament, also see the Sibelius Monument, then enter amusement park of Helsinki or take a ferry to Suomenlinna. After a fun-filled day, stretch your legs and take a good night sleep. 

Day 03: Helsinki - Stockholm: 

Visit the astonishing modern ‘Church in the Rock’, Olympic stadium, Finlandia Hall and chapel of silence. After lunch we will head towards the harbour to board the cruise to stockholm. Embark on a Baltic cruise to Sweden through the largest archipelago in the world. ​Get amazed by the interiors of the cruise. Enjoy dinner on board. 

Sweden

Day 04: Stockholm, 

Enchanting capital of Sweden.This is perhaps the most beautiful of the Scandinavian capitals, because the crystalline waters that flow through its intersecting canals give a luminous appearance to palaces, castles, and parks. Disembark the cruise to reveal the charms of Sweden’s capital.. Visit the Nobel Museum, where Nobel Prizes are displayed, the medieval Old Town and see the cathedral, Royal Palace and change of Royal guards. 

Day 05: Stockholm to Oslo

Stockholm Group will visit Vasa museum or skansen museum. And after lunch, group will take a bus to Oslo from Stockholm. Arrival in Oslo for dinner. Night stay in Oslo. 

Norway

Day 06: Oslo 

After refreshments, get ready to explore main attractions: Pass through the Old Harbor. Later stroll through the amazing Vigeland Sculpture Park. Then take a look at city hall where the Nobel Peace prize center is presented every year. Walk to the Opera House, an architectural wonder and then to stroll on the Karl Johans Gate. Night stay in Oslo. OR Travelers who want Norway in nutshell tour will start their tour in morning. This tour start with train from Oslo to Myrdal. Then Flåm Railway Myrdal-Flåm. Express Boat on the Sognefjord Flåm- Bergen. And overnight train from Bergen to Oslo. Arrival in Oslo next day morning. 

Day 07: Oslo

 it is your free day. You have a half day, if you want to visit any attraction again.After lunch group will travel to copenhagen by bus. This drive is quick and pretty as bus passes by Oresund bridge. OR Norway in nutshell travelers will reach Oslo in Morning. They will get refresh and set out for Oslo attractions.This group will travel to Copenhagen next morning.

Denmark

Day 08: Copenhagen: 

Denmark has been credited with many adjectives due to its lifestyle and liveliness. Its capital Copenhagen has been accorded as Most Livable City in World. Arrival in the Happiest country of the world.Besides many interesting landmarks and architectural masterpieces, see some of the more famous sights. Night stay in Copenhagen. 

Day 09: Copenhagen: 

Take a walk tour and see Camelion and Rosenberg castles, change of guards. Visit Tivoli Gardens. Rest of the day at leisure in the capital of the oldest kingdom of the world. 

Day 10: Back To India. Board a flight back to India.

NOTE:

• The rights to make any change in the scheduled programme OR internal changes in the scheduled itinerary is reserves with the company only. Information will be given time to time.

• Tour manager has every right to make necessary and required changes in ongoing tour. He will update the guest at that moment.

• We never deals with flight. Guest can book their own or if the big group demand us for flight in that case we will charge it on actual rate + Processing charges. Flight rates is not in our control. Guest has to bear the difference in flight cost while booking if any.  

VISA AND INSURANCE:

• Insurance is included upto the age of 55 with normal health conditions. Cost difference, if any.. has to be paid by guest additionally.  

• Kindly obtain necessary Schengen visa, travel / medical insurances and a valid passport before leaving from home country. For any doubts or assistance write to info@intiamatkat.fi and we will help you to the best of our ability.

• Intiamatkat is not responsible for the clients Visa. We are just intermediary , who can help our guest to apply and only provide documents for Visa.

• Visa is a complete process and always under the review of Embassy. Granting or Rejecting the Visa can be decided by Visa officer of Concern Embassy only. Intiamatkat has no intervention and role in visa process.

TOUR MANAGER AND DRIVER SERVICES:

• Car / Bus driver will work only 10 Hrs in a day. As per European laws.

• Tour manager services will be available maximum 12 hrs in a day. As per EU laws

• Two tour managers / drivers needs sufficient sleep and rest daily to conducts smooth operations during the tour.

ACCOMMODATION:

• Check in & Check out time varies hotel to hotel.

• Room availability & Room Rate will be subject to change as per the occupancy.

• For cruise, cottages, camping and villas - group accommodation applies.

• All Hotels rates / taxes are subject to change without prior notice.

• Early Check In / Late checkout will be subject to room availability at the time of Check In / Check out.

BOOKING:

• No services are blocked at the moment. Only on confirmation of the booking with Deposit, bookings will be initiated.

• Confirmation depends on room availability upon your placing of booking to us. Alternative Hotel/Room will be given; if the above quoted hotel/room type is not available. Every effort will be made to ensure rate quoted remain same upon confirmation, however, surcharge is unavoidable should higher room category / different category of hotel is given, due to quoted hotel/room type is fully booked.

• Full 100% payment to be paid at the time of confirming the booking.

• The offer is valid for 7 days from the date mentioned in the offer document.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

• 50% Payment - on the day of registration (As per EUR Rates)

• 30% Payment - 60 days prior to arrival (As per EUR Rates)

• 20% balance Payment - 45 days prior to arrival (As per EUR Rates)

PRICE AND EXCHANGE RATES:

• Exchange rates are calculated from www.forex.fi

• Quotation is calculated on base category of rooms.

• The above rates are valid for the dates of travel and hotels / room types as indicated. In

• case of any change in the dates of travel, amendment or rerouting of itinerary, change in hotels / room types, the costs will vary accordingly.

• Any change in the number of pax will affect package cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• upto 90 days: 30% of cost or minimum of 400 euros per person is chargeable plus any airfare and train freight.

• upto 60 days: 50% of cost or minimum of 500 euros per person is chargeable plus any airfare and train freight.

• upto 30 days: 70% of cost or minimum of 1000 euros per person is chargeable plus any airfare and train freight.

• After 30 days: no refund (any case, visa refusal, medical emergency etc. also) plus any airfare and train freight.

• No Show: No Refund

CANCELLATION POLICY IN CASE OF VISA REJECTION:

• If your visa is rejected/refused or delayed by the consulate and we know the outcome 15 days prior to departure, then we will charge 25% of the tour cost.

• If the visa is rejected within 15 to 8 days of tour departure then the cancellation will be 40% of the tour cost.

• If the visa is rejected within 7 days or less of tour departure then the cancellation will be 70% of the tour cost.
