Day 01: Mumbai/Delhi - Rome

Board a flight for Rome, from Mumbai/Delhi and reach Rome. IM’s cordial and fun-loving tour manager will welcome you at the Airport Arrivals and then travel to Hotel. Hotel Check-in and relax for some time in the evening before proceeding to the special welcome dinner! Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 02: Rome Sightseeing

Rome, Italy’s capital is a sprawling, cosmopolitan city with nearly 3,000 years of globally influential art, architecture and culture on display. Ancient ruins such as the Roman Forum and the Colosseum evoke the power of the former Roman Empire. After morning breakfast visiting local sightseeing including Colosseum The Colosseum, also known as the Flavian Amphitheatre, is an oval amphitheater in the center of the city of Rome Italy. The Pantheon is a building in Rome, Italy, on the site of an earlier building commissioned by Marcus Agrippa during the reign of Augustus. It also includes a visit to Trevi Fountain.

Day 03: Vatican Sightseeing

Today we leave for Vatican City and visit Vatican Museum to see Michelangelo's Frescoes, the Last Judgement, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica.

Day 04: Rome to Pisa

Today we proceed to Pisa by Train and enjoy city orientation tour which includes Square of Miracles, Baptistry, Cathedral and Leaning Tower of Pisa – A famous tilted bell tower is one of the most recognizable landmarks of Italy.

Day 05: Pisa to Florence & Venice!

After morning breakfast we will proceed to see the Florence city. later by Train proceed to Venice. On arrival, proceed ahead to the hotel. Check in & relax.

Day 06: Venice Sightseeing

Venice, capital of northern Italy’s Veneto region, is built on more than 100 small islands in a marshy lagoon in the Adriatic Sea. After breakfast, local sightseeing which includes St Mark square, Rialto bridge Etc Evening enjoy a famous gondola ride. Later return to hotel.

Day 07: Venice to Innsbruck by Day train (5 hrs approx)

Today after morning breakfast have some leisure time. You can go shopping. Later in the afternoon start a very scenic day journey towards Innsbruck ( Austria ). Reach here at evening. transfer to our private coach. Later transfer to hotel. Check-in and relax. Night stay at Innsbruck.

Day 08: Innsbruck Local sightseeing 

Today after breakfast will start city orientation tour. We will leave for Innsbruck – the bridge over the Inn, en route we visit Swarovski crystal world and Museum at Wattens. Later we enjoy walking orientation tour which includes Inns River, Golden roof and Maria Theresien Strasse. We will also go for wine tasting (Optional). At evening back to the hotel.

Day 09: Innsbruck to Salzburg ( 2.5 Hrs Journey )

Today after breakfast we proceed to Salzburg. Reach and start local sightseeing. Salzburg – Mozart's birthplace. After reaching, you can visit Mirabell Gardens – horticultural masterpiece, then we enjoy city orientation tour which includes Salzach River, Mozart's birthplace, Getreide Gasse, Linzer Gasse, Residenz Fountain and Salzburg Cathedral. Later take the funicular ride to Hohensalzburg Fortress to see the torture room (Optional), weapon exhibits (Optional ) and Marionette Museum (Optional). Night stay at Salzburg.

Day 10: Salzburg to Vienna & Local sightseeing ( 3.5 Hrs )

Today after breakfast, we proceed to Vienna. On the way we will enjoy the scenic beauty and era of spring in Austria. Reach here around 12:00 Noon. Check-in at the hotel. Get relax for some time. Later proceed to enjoy the Local orientation tour. It includes City Hall, Hofburg Palace, Ring Boulevard, St. Stephen's Cathedral and Belvedere Palace. Post this you will be taken to the Schonbrunn Palace – this 1,441 room Baroque palace, is one of the most important architectural structures in the city, is definitely a visual treat! At night Back to hotel. Night stay at Vienna.

Day 11: Vienna to Mumbai/Delhi

Today after breakfast, proceed to Vienna airport to catch schedule flight to hometown.

• Any change in the number of pax will affect package cost.

 

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

• Up to 90 days: 30% of the total tour cost ora minimum of 400 euros per person is chargeable plus any fare/accommodation and train fare which is non-refundable #

• Up to 60 days: 50% of the total tour cost or a minimum of 500 euros per person is chargeable plus any fare/accommodation and train fare which is non-refundable #

• Up to 30 days: 70% of the total tour cost or a minimum of 1000 euros per person is chargeable plus any fare/accommodation and train fare which is non-refundable #

• After 30 days: no refund (any case, visa refusal, medical emergency etc. also)

• No Show: No Refund

Cancellation Policy In Case Of Visa Rejection:

• If your visa is rejected/refused or delayed by the consulate and we know the outcome 15 days prior to departure, then we will charge 25% of the tour cost.

• If the visa is rejected within 15 to 8 days of tour departure then the cancellation will be 40% of the tour cost.

• If the visa is rejected within 7 days or less of tour departure then the cancellation will be 70% of the tour cost.
