Day 01: Mumbai - Iceland

Welcome to Iceland Tour with Intiamatkat!

Catch a flight to Iceland from Mumbai international airport. Arrive at “Keflavik Airport”. Come outside the airport and Take a first look at the city. You will be transported in a private vehicle from Airport to hotel. Take rest after a journey in a hotel room. Enjoy a welcome dinner!

Day 02: Golden Circle Tour

After having breakfast proceed for Golden circle tour which includes a Thingvellir national park, Fridheimar Farm (Long hair horse stables), Geysir, Beautiful Gullfoss waterfall, etc.

Day 03: South Shore Tour

After having breakfast proceed for south shore tour which includes Beautiful Skogafoss, Seljalandsfoss waterfall, Glaciers, beautiful village Reynisfjara ( Vik ),  Black lava beach etc. Come back to the hotel & relax.

Day 04: Vatnajokull glacier – Jokulsarlon glacier lagoon – Diamond beach

After having breakfast proceed for the drive towards Vatnajokull Glacier land there we will take a short walk then will move ahead to Jokulsarlon. On arrival view beautiful Glacier lake and move to see Diamond beach will stay here to view best sunset view. Travel back to the hotel.

Day 05: Blue Lagoon & Reykjavik city tour

After having breakfast proceed to Reykjavik city tour with blue lagoon geothermal spa comfort entrance fee with a towel for 2 hours as per availability, then visit beautiful Reykjavik city includes Perlan viewing platform, Hallgrímskirkja a Lutheran parish church etc.

Reykjavik, on the coast of Iceland, is the country's capital and largest city. It's home to the National and Saga museums, tracing Iceland’s Viking history. The striking concrete Hallgrimskirkja church and rotating Perlan glass dome offer sweeping views of the sea and nearby hills.

Day 06: Reykjavik-Copenhagen

After having breakfast Proceed towards Keflavik airport catch flight for Copenhagen, Denmark. On Arrival get a transfer to the hotel.  Check-in & relax. The evening is leisure for you-you can do shopping here.

Day 07: Copenhagen

After having breakfast proceed towards Copenhagen sightseeing which includes Christiansborg Palace, Nyhavn workers colony, Amalienborg Palace. Come back to the hotel & relax.

Day 08: Copenhagen Sightseeing

After breakfast,  proceed for the city orientation tour in Copenhagen, immortal little Mermaid, Tivoli Garden, Opera House etc. Get a transfer to embark cruise for Oslo.

Day 09: Oslo sightseeing

Get ready in cruise itself after breakfast disembarks cruise and immediately proceed to visit the panoramic city tour of Oslo in which you will visit Holmenkollen, Vigeland park till evening. Get a transfer to hotel & check-in.

Oslo, the capital of Norway sits on the country’s southern coasts in the head of the Oslofjord and is known for its citywide green spaces and museums.

Day 10: Oslo-Bergen

After morning breakfast proceed to Bergen on the way visit Naeroyfjord by cruise & Flam’s beautiful train museum & Flamsbana Train Most scenic journey ( Optional ). Then proceed to Bergen on arrival check-in hotel & relax.

The narrow and spectacular Nærøyfjord is surrounded by steep mountains with snow-covered peaks that soar up to 1,800 meters above sea level. Waterfalls cascade down the mountains and picturesque villages dot the landscape. This is an area that is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List and is considered one of the most beautiful fjord landscapes in the world.

Day 11: Stockholm-Bergen

After breakfast proceeds to city excursion tour in which you will enjoy Funicular ride of Bergen by Mount Floyen train and Beauty of Fjords. In evening proceed to the airport you have a flight to Stockholm. On arrival at Arlanda airport get a transfer to the hotel. Check-in & relax.Bergen is a city on Norway’s southwestern coast surrounded by mountains and fjords, including Sognefjord, country’s longest and deepest. Sightseeing Built on seven hills with the fjords on one side and 1,000-foot Mount Fløyen on the other, Bergen was the home of composer Grieg.

• Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure.

• Porterage, laundry, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), telephone charges, shopping, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming the part of the group menus.

• Cost of Insurance for any extra stay pre/post tour.

• The rights to make any change in the scheduled programme OR internal changes in the scheduled itinerary is reserves with the company only. Information will be given from time to time.

• Tour manager has every right to make necessary and required changes in ongoing tour. He will update the guest at that moment.

• We never deal with flight. Guest can book their own or if the big group demand us for flight, in that case, we will charge it on actual rate + Processing charges. Flight rates are not under our control. Guest has to bear the difference in flight cost while booking if any.

Payment Schedule

• 50% Payment - On the day of registration (As per EUR Rates)

• 30% Payment - 60 days prior to arrival (As per EUR Rates)

• 20% balance Payment - 45 days prior to arrival  (As per EUR Rates)

 

Price & Exchange Rates

• Exchange rates are calculated from www.forex.fi

• The quotation is calculated on the base category of rooms.

• The above rates are valid for the dates of travel and hotels/room types as indicated.

• In case of any change in the dates of travel, amendment or rerouting of the itinerary, change in hotels/room types, the costs will vary accordingly.

• Any change in the number of pax will affect package cost.

 

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

• Up to 90 days: 30% of the total tour cost ora minimum of 400 euros per person is chargeable plus any fare/accommodation and train fare which is non-refundable #

• Up to 60 days: 50% of the total tour cost or a minimum of 500 euros per person is chargeable plus any fare/accommodation and train fare which is non-refundable #

• Up to 30 days: 70% of the total tour cost or a minimum of 1000 euros per person is chargeable plus any fare/accommodation and train fare which is non-refundable #

• After 30 days: no refund (any case, visa refusal, medical emergency etc. also)

• No Show: No Refund

 

Cancellation In Case Of Visa Rejection

• If your visa is rejected/refused or delayed by the consulate and we know the outcome 15 days prior to departure, then we will charge 25% of the tour cost.

• If the visa is rejected within 15 to 8 days of tour departure then the cancellation will be 40% of the tour cost.

• If the visa is rejected within 7 days or less of tour departure then the cancellation will be 70% of the tour cost.

Visa & Insurance

• Insurance is included up to the age of 55 with normal health conditions. Cost difference, if any has to be paid by guest additionally. 

• Kindly obtain necessary Schengen visa, travel / medical insurances, and a valid passport before leaving the home country. For any doubts or assistance write to info@intiamatkat.fi and we will help you to the best of our ability.

• Intiamatkat is not responsible for the clients Visa. We are just an intermediary, who can help our guest to apply and only provide documents for Visa.

• Visa is a complete process and always under the review of Embassy. Granting or Rejecting the Visa can be decided by Visa officer of Concern Embassy only. Intiamatkat has no intervention and role in the visa process.

 

Tour Manager Cum Driver Services

• Car/Bus driver will work only 10 Hrs in a day. As per European laws.

• Tour manager services will be available maximum 12 hrs in a day. As per EU laws

• Two tour managers / drivers needs sufficient sleep and rest daily to conducts smooth operations during the tour.

Accommodation

• Check in & Check out time varies hotel to hotel.

• Room availability & Room Rate will be subject to change as per the occupancy.

• For cruise, cottages, camping, and villas - group accommodation applies.

• All Hotels rates/taxes are subject to change without prior notice.

• Early Check-In / Late checkout will be subject to room availability at the time of Check In / Check out.

 

Booking

• No services are blocked at the moment. Only on confirmation of the booking with Deposit, bookings will be initiated.

• Confirmation depends on room availability upon your placing of booking to us. Alternative Hotel/Room will be given; if the above-quoted hotel/room type is not available. Every effort will be made to ensure rate quoted remain same upon confirmation, however, the surcharge is unavoidable should higher room category / different category of hotel is given, due to quoted hotel/room type is fully booked.

• Full 100% payment to be paid at the time of confirming the booking.

• The offer is valid for 7 days from the date mentioned in the offer document.
