Itinerary 

Day 01: Board a flight for Stockholm from Mumbai. 

Day 02: Stockholm, Sweden

Reach Stockholm. Welcome to Scandinavia, to the most lively Scandinavian capital. Welcome to Scandinavia! Arrive at Stockholm - the capital of Sweden on arrival at Stockholm Airport. Reach hotel and then you will get some time to relax and settle in. Today enjoy an evening at Stockholm at your own pace and energy! Overnight stay in Stockholm. 

Day 03: Stockholm sightseeing

After breakfast, proceeds for the sightseeing tour.The charms of Sweden’s capital are revealed with your local expert. Visit Royal Palace and change of Royal guards, Nobel Museum, where Nobel Prizes are displayed & Vasa museum.Overnight stay in Stockholm. 

Day 04: Stockholm sightseeing 

Cruise Continue with the sightseeing and in the evening, embark on a Baltic cruise to Finland through the largest archipelago in the world.Overnight stay in cruise. 

Day 05: Finland 

Fashionable Helsinki. Disembark your Baltic cruise to visit the astonishing modern.Helsinki has recently gained a reputation as a global trendsetter for its top design, fashion, stunning architecture and luscious parks.The capital city of Finland. City orientation tour includes Modern Finlandia Hall, City Hall, Parliament House, the Presidential Palace. In the evening get transferred to Fiskars village. Night stay in the cottage. 

Day 06: Fiskar-Helsinki

After Breakfast continues with the sightseeing in Fiskars Village.After the sightseeing proceeds for Helsinki.Reach Helsinki by evening to board a train for Rovaniemi. 

Day 07: Rovaniemi

Norway Cross the Arctic line, Rovaniemi - Raudanjoki.On towards the Arctic and into Lapland, the home of the Sami people. Your destination is Rovaniemi, the modern capital of the region. In the morning, visit the Arktikum museum, Sami cultural museum.After the sightseeing proceeds for Raudanjoki.Night stay in a cottage in Raudanjoki.

Day 08: Raudanjoki - Raudanjoki

Relax whole day in the cottage.Enjoy some local Finnish activities.Night stay in a cottage in Raudanjoki. 

Day 09:  Raudanjoki to KilpisjarviIn

morning, we will travel from Raudanjoki to Kilpisjarvi. Reach Kilpisjarvi by evening. Explore Kilpisjärvi area at your own pace and energy. Night stay at Kilpisjarvi. Can take rest in the cottage. 

Day 10: Kilpisjärvi to Alta 

travel In the morning, we will explore Kilpisjärvi area. We will visit 'The three nation's border point', the Kilpisjärvi visitor center. In the afternoon, have a coffee break in the heavens!Then we will travel towards Alta.This will be the most scenic drive of your life.Overnight stay in beautiful Nordic camping areas. 

Day 11: Nordkapp 

Take a wooden trail and enjoy surroundings and after lunch, we will drive to Nordkapp. A day at leisure for independent activities.Overnight stay in Nordkapp. 

Day 12: Nordkapp

After breakfast Enjoy your time in the north and experience one of Europe's largest and most accessible nesting of Atlantic birds. Become enamored of millions of birds that nest, diving and flying at Gjesværstappan nature reserve. Then after we move to the famous "Land of the Midnight Sun" to enjoy the sun in the night. Night stay in  Nordkapp. 

Day13: Nordkapp to Alta

After Breakfast leave for the Alta.Proceed for sightseeing in Alta. Night stay in Alta. 

Day 14: Alta to Rovaniemi

After Breakfast leave for Rovaniemi.Catch a flight to Stockholm/Helsinki(via flight for your return journey). Stay as per your flight connectivity. 

Day 15: Stockholm/Helsinki - 

Back to IndiaToday, board the flight back to India with sweet memories from Scandinavia.

Payment Schedule :

• Rs 30000 or 500 EUR per person at the time of booking as registration Cost
• 50% of the tour cost on or before 90 days from the commencement of the tour
• 80% of the tour cost on or before 60 days from the commencement of the tour
• 100% of the tour cost on or before 30 days from the commencement of the tour

• Quotation is calculated on base category of rooms.

• The above rates are valid for the dates of travel and hotels / room types as indicated. In

• case of any change in the dates of travel, amendment or rerouting of itinerary, change in hotels / room types, the costs will vary accordingly.

• Any change in the number of pax will affect package cost.

Cancellation Policy :

• upto 90 days: 30% of cost or minimum of Rs 25000 or 400 EUR per person + flight cancellation(at  actuals)
• upto 60 days: 50% of cost or minimum of Rs 40000 or 600 EUR per person + flight cancellation(at  actuals)
• upto 30 days: 70% of cost or minimum of f Rs 60000 or 800 EUR per person + flight cancellation(at actuals)
• After 30 days: no refund

Cancellation Policy In Case Of Visa Rejection:

• If your visa is rejected/refused or delayed by the consulate and we know the outcome 15 days prior to departure, then we will charge 25% of the tour cost.

• If the visa is rejected within 15 to 8 days of tour departure then the cancellation will be 40% of the tour cost.

• If the visa is rejected within 7 days or less of tour departure then the cancellation will be 70% of the tour cost.
