Arrive at “ Kastrup or Airport”. Take a first look at the Happiest city in the world. You will take a rest after a journey in a cozy hotel room.

Transfers: From Copenhagen Airport to Hotel

Sightseeing: Panoramic city tour

Overnight: In Comfort Hotel Vesterbro or similar.

Day 02: Copenhagen - Oslo by cruise (606 KMs)

Copenhagen, Denmark’s capital, sits on the coastal islands of Zealand and Amager, linked to Malmo in southern Sweden by the Öresund Bridge. Denmark has been credited with many adjectives due to its lifestyle and liveliness. Its capital Copenhagen has been awarded as Most Livable City in World...

After breakfast enjoy the city orientation tour. “Tivoli Gardens” amusement park in Copenhagen is a must for all visitors to the city, young & Old. then proceed to see The Immortal Little Mermaid & Nyhavn, Opera House. Evening transfer to Copenhagen port. Depart from Copenhagen by cruise.

In the evening, Experience the cruise.

Day 03: Oslo

Morning, arrive at Oslo port.  Oslo, the capital of Norway, sits on the country’s southern coast at the head of the Oslofjord, and is known for its citywide green spaces and museums. 

On the same day enjoy Vigeland Sculpture Park & museum displaying the works of Gustav Vigeland, plus temporary art exhibitions & Holmenkollen ski jump, Opera House, Nobel peace center.

Meal: Breakfast 

Transfers: In a Coach / Private vehicle as per the itinerary. 

Sightseeing Entrances: Panoramic city tour - Holmenkollen Museum, 

Optional - Holmenkollen Zipline

Overnight: Radisson Blu Hotel, Oslo or similar.

Day 04: Oslo - Bergen (170 km/ 3 hrs )

After breakfast depart for Bergen.

“fjord in the UNESCO World Heritage landscape” is one of the most popular fjord areas in Norway. The narrow and spectacular Nærøyfjord is surrounded by steep mountains and snow-covered peaks that stand 1800 meters above sea level, with thundering waterfalls and picturesque villages along the fjord.

This is an area that has been named one of the most beautiful fjord landscapes in the world and is on the UNESCO world heritage list.

The Flåm Line is a 20.2-kilometer long railway line between Myrdal and Flåm in Aurland, Norway. A branch line of the Bergen Line, it runs through the valley of Flåmsdalen and connects the mainline with Sognefjord.

Later proceed to Bergen. On arrival in Bergen check-in at the hotel & relax.

Sightseeing Entrances: Fjord Cruise ride ( Flam - Gudvangen )

Day 05: Bergen - Stockholm

After breakfast enjoy “The Funicular Train ride to Mt floyen” take Fløibanen funicular to the top of Mount Fløyen. Magnificent view of Bergen, great children's playground and ideal for mountain walks.

Proceed to Stockholm by flight, the capital of Sweden, encompasses 14 islands of the vast Stockholm archipelago on the Baltic Sea. 

On arrival at Stockholm, check-in at the hotel & relax.

Meal: Breakfast 

Transfers: Coach,  Flight Bergen to Stockholm

Sightseeing: Funicular ride to Mt floyen

Overnight: Park Inn By Radisson or similar

Day 06: Stockholm Sightseeing

Today after breakfast we will proceed to enjoy the city orientation tour comprises of “Vasa Museum” and Ericsson Globen, Old Town, etc..   

Stroll around the Waterfront area and much more as per your preference.

Meal: Breakfast 

Transfers : Coach / Private vehicle

Sightseeing Entrances: Vasa Museum

Optional - Ericsson Globen

Entrance to Royal palace and others are optional at additional cost.

Overnight: Park Inn By Radisson or similar

Day 07: Stockholm Sightseeing  - Helsinki by cruise

Today after breakfast we will proceed to enjoy the city orientation tour comprises of “Changing Of Guards Ceremony” and Royal Palace, Nobel museum, etc..   

Stroll around the Waterfront area and much more as per your preference. 

In the evening board happening cruise of Stockholm. Enjoy live shows and happening of the cruise .

Embark on a Baltic cruise to Finland through the largest archipelago in the world.

Meal: Breakfast 

Transfers : Coach / Private vehicle

Sightseeing Entrances: Nobel Museum

Entrance to Vasa Museum, Royal Palace and other are optional at additional cost.

Overnight: In Stockholm at cruise.

Day 08: Helsinki

After Breakfast, take a bath in the cruise, ​​Disembark your Baltic cruise to visit the astonishing modern Helsinki which has recently gained a reputation as a global trendsetter for its top design, fashion, stunning architecture and luscious parks. Helsinki, Finland’s southern capital, sits on a peninsula in the Gulf of Finland. 

Enjoy city orientation tour.“Olympic stadium”, “Sibelius monument” The Sibelius Monument is dedicated to the Finnish composer Jean Sibelius.

The monument is located at the Sibelius Park in the district of Töölö in Helsinki, the capital city of Finland, “Finlandia Hall” The Finlandia Hall is a congress and event venue in the center of Helsinki on the Töölönlahti Bay Etc 

Meal: Breakfast 

Transfers: Helsinki city tour as per the itinerary in a private vehicle / Coach. 

Sightseeing Entrances: Panoramic city tour - Rock Church.

Overnight: In Glo Hotel Art or similar.

Day 9: Helsinki Departure

Today after breakfast proceed to the airport to board the flight back to India with sweet memories from Scandinavia.

EXCLUSIONS

• Entrance to sites other than mentioned in the itinerary can be availed at additional cost.

• Visa fee at Embassy.

• Visa assistance fee Insurance up to 55 yrs ( Based on normal health conditions).

• Tour package Service or Government taxes 5%  as applicable.

• Cost of your round trip Air / Rail / Cruise ticket which enables you to join the tour.

• Cost of any individual Airport / Seaport / Railway station transfers to join or leave the group.

• Cost of any Internal Air ticket (if any).

• For Internal air travel, check-in bag cost will be additional.

• Cost of additional assistance for the visa, other than the standard process.

• Any other expenses which requires to travel to Embassy for visa interview

• Premium seat charges.

• Cost of extension of the validity or deviation from route of the tour.

• Any Increase in the Airfare / Rail fare / Cruise Charges.

• Any Increase in the fuel surcharge or any kind of taxes levied by the respective government or statutory bodies.

• Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure.

• Porterage, laundry, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), telephone charges, shopping, all items of a personal nature and also food and drinks not forming the part of the group menus.

• Cost of Insurance for any extra stay pre/post tour.

• Any private transfers took to move from one place to another instead of a coach.

• Additional extra services if taken• If any activity/sightseeing done twice

• Any add-on sightseeing/activities along with transfers if done other than mentioned in the tour program.

• Fur coats/Jackets to visit snow point or any special attire required to visit any particular sightseeing place.

• Any up gradation in the room category or airline class.

• Extra water bottle charges

• Any extra expenses incurred for changing the route due to any unforeseen circumstances, forced instances, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes etc.

• Extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any Individual unforeseen cost incurring incidence.

• Medicines required if any.

• Anything not specifically mentioned in 'Your Tour Price Includes Column.​

• Compulsory room supplement per person is applicable during 24 December Christmas, 31 December New Year, Fairs, Festivals, and Events

Package cost per person for a minimum of  15 passengers or more.

• Tour Package Govt Service Tax 5 % applicable on the final deal ( Indian GST )
• Tour package Finnish tax - Vat 24% as per Finland law applied on the final deal.
• In the case of any tour packages where a minimum number of passengers have been indicated by the company, any increase or decrease in the number of passengers may result in a change of the total package cost.

 

Payment Schedule :

• 50% Payment - on the day of registration (As per EUR Rates)

• 30% balance Payment - 60 days prior to departure (As per EUR Rates)

• 20% balance Payment - 45 days prior to departure (As per EUR Rates)

 

Price And Exchange Rates

• Exchange rates are calculated from www.forex.fi

• Quotation is calculated on base category of rooms.

• The above rates are valid for the dates of travel and hotels / room types as indicated. In

• case of any change in the dates of travel, amendment or rerouting of itinerary, change in hotels / room types, the costs will vary accordingly.

• Any change in the number of pax will affect package cost.

 

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

• Up to 90 days: 30% of the total tour cost ora minimum of 400 euros per person is chargeable plus any fare/accommodation and train fare which is non-refundable #

• Up to 60 days: 50% of the total tour cost or a minimum of 500 euros per person is chargeable plus any fare/accommodation and train fare which is non-refundable #

• Up to 30 days: 70% of the total tour cost or a minimum of 1000 euros per person is chargeable plus any fare/accommodation and train fare which is non-refundable #

• After 30 days: no refund (any case, visa refusal, medical emergency etc. also)

• No Show: No Refund

 

Cancellation Policy In Case Of Visa Rejection:

 

• If your visa is rejected/refused or delayed by the consulate and we know the outcome 15 days prior to departure, then we will charge 25% of the tour cost.

• If the visa is rejected within 15 to 8 days of tour departure then the cancellation will be 40% of the tour cost.

• If the visa is rejected within 7 days or less of tour departure then the cancellation will be 70% of the tour cost.

Important Note: Flights 

• The right to make any change in the scheduled program OR internal changes in the scheduled itinerary is reserved with the company only. Information will be given from time to time.

• The tour manager has every right to make necessary and required changes in ongoing tours. He will update the guest at that moment.

• We never deal with flight. Guest can book their own or if the big group demand us for flight, in that case, we will charge it on actual rate + Processing charges. Flight rates are not in our control. Guest has to bear the difference in flight cost while booking if any.  

• Insurance is included in tour cost up to the age of 55 yrs with normal health conditions only. Difference cost, if any. Has to be paid by guests additionally.  

Visa and insurance :

1. Insurance is included up to the age of 55 with normal health conditions. The cost difference, if any.. has to be paid by guest additionally.  

2. Kindly obtain necessary Schengen visa, travel / medical insurances, and a valid passport before leaving from home country. For any doubts or assistance write to info@intiamatkat.fi and we will help you to the best of our ability.

3. Intiamatkat is not responsible for the client's Visa. We are just an intermediary, who can help our guest to apply and only provide documents for Visa.

4. Visa is a complete process and always under the review of Embassy. Granting or Rejecting the Visa can be decided by the Visa officer of the Concern Embassy only. Intiamatkat has no intervention and role in the visa process.

Tour Manager And Driver Services:

• Car / Bus driver will work only 10 Hrs in a day. As per European laws.

• Tour manager services will be available maximum 12 hrs in a day. As per EU laws

• The tour managers/drivers need sufficient sleep and rest to conducts smooth operations during the tour.

 

Accommodation

• Check in & Check out time varies hotel to hotel.

• Room availability & Room Rate will be subject to change as per the occupancy.

• For cruise, cottages, camping and villas - group accommodation applies.

• All Hotels rates / taxes are subject to change without prior notice.

• Early Check In / Late checkout will be subject to room availability at the time of Check In / Check out.

 

Booking

 

• No services are blocked at the moment. Only on confirmation of the booking with Deposit, bookings will be initiated.

• Confirmation depends on room availability upon your placing of booking to us. Alternative Hotel/Room will be given; if the above quoted hotel/room type is not available. Every effort will be made to ensure rate quoted remain same upon confirmation, however, surcharge is unavoidable should higher room category / different category of hotel is given, due to quoted hotel/room type is fully booked.

• Full 100% payment to be paid at the time of confirming the booking.

• The offer is valid for 7 days from the date mentioned in the offer document.
