Day 1 - Arrive at Stockholm

Welcome, at Stockholm Arlanda airport. Check out from the airport and move towards the hotel in a private vehicle. Meanwhile, meet and greet your cordial tour manager at Stockholm airport. Later check-in a hotel and relax. 

Later start city orientation tour for 1.5 hrs and Enjoy the Sky view Globen (subject to arrival of flight at Stockholm)

Day 2 - Stockholm sightseeing, Stockholm  - Helsinki by cruise (484 km)

After breakfast, we will proceed to enjoy the city orientation tour comprises of Noble Museum & Changing of guards ceremony at the Royal Palace. Enjoy lunch nearby the city center. Later visit Vasa Museum. In the evening proceed for the happening Baltic cruise to Helsinki through the best archipelago in the world and enjoy the live events and nordic cuisines on the cruise.

Day 3: Arrive at Helsinki and city tour

Breakfast at the cruise, get ready on the cruise and then disembark from the cruise. Arrive at Helsinki. Helsinki, Finland’s southern capital, sits on a peninsula in the Gulf of Finland. Fashionable Helsinki sights can start from Rock church, Olympic stadium, Finlandia hall. See modern designs of Finnish fashion.

• Day 4: In evening Helsinki - Rovaniemi by Train

After breakfast today we will proceed for city excursion tour which includes Sibelius Monument, Red church, Senate square, etc. In the evening after dinner, proceed to Helsinki Railway Station to board the train to Rovaniemi.

• Day 5: Arrival Rovaniemi - sightseeing and proceed to Levi

Today arrive at Rovaniemi. Enjoy the summer of Lapland, Finland. Sightseeing starts at the Arktikum museum. 

Later enjoy in Santa Claus village, meet Santa, get a photograph with him, talk to him. It includes Santa’s office trip, Elves Post Office trip, etc.. The list is endless and possibilities are countless. In the late afternoon, we will proceed to Levi and the night stay.

Day 6: Levi - Nordkapp (7 hrs approx )

After breakfast, proceed for picturesque road journey to Nordkapp from Levi. will reach here in 7.5 hrs. Will have lunch. Later we will check-in at Hotel. 

On the same night, we will proceed to Northcape. Most northern point of Europe. We will enjoy the midnight sun. Later we will come back to Hotel.  "Land of the Midnight Sun" here at the North of the Arctic Circle, the sun shines day and night during the last few days of summer.

Day 7: Nordkapp - Alta - Oslo ( 4 hrs )

After breakfast will proceed to Alta airport. On arrival catch your scheduled flight from Alta to Oslo which will take 3 hrs to reach. On arrival get transfer to hotel, Check-in & relax.

Day 8: Oslo sightseeing

After breakfast proceeds to city sightseeing tour which includes Holmenkollen Ski Jump, Nobel Peace Center, Vigeland Park. In the evening enjoy shopping at the nearest local market.

Day 9: Oslo to Hometown

Today after breakfast, you will have an optional Fjord cruise ride (Depends upon departure time) proceed to the airport to board the flight back to India with sweet memories from Scandinavia.Meal: Breakfast, Transfers: In a Private vehicle/Coach as per the itinerary.Optional: Fjord cruise Ride.

• Cost of your round trip Air / Rail / Cruise ticket which enables you to join the tour.

• Cost of any individual Airport / Seaport / Railway station transfers to join or leave the group.

• Tour package Service or Government taxes 5%  as applicable.

• Premium seat charges.

• Cost of extension of the validity or deviation from route of the tour.

• Any Increase in the Airfare / Rail fare / Cruise Charges.

• Any Increase in the fuel surcharge or any kind of taxes levied by the respective government or statutory bodies.

• Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come into effect before departure.

• Porterage, laundry, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), telephone charges, shopping, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming the part of the group menus.

• Cost of Insurance for any extra stay pre/post tour.

• Any private transfers took to move from one place to another instead of a coach.

• Additional extra services if taken If any activity/sightseeing done twice

• Any add-on sightseeing/activities along with transfers if done other than mentioned in the tour program.

• Fur coats/Jackets to visit snow point or any special attire required to visit any particular sightseeing place.

• Any up gradation in the room category or airline class.

• Extra water bottle charges

• Any soft drink / hard drink, Desserts, beverages.

• Any extra expenses incurred for changing the route due to any unforeseen circumstances, forced instances, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes, etc.

• Extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any Individual unforeseen cost incurring incidence.

• Medicines required if any.

• Anything not specifically mentioned in 'Your Tour Price Includes Column.​

Flights will be charged at an actual rate with a 100 % deposit.

 

Note:

• All rights are reserved with the company to make any changes in the scheduled programs or any internal change. if any change is there, that will be informed customer time to time 

• The tour manager has every right to make necessary and required changes in ongoing tours. He will update the guest at that moment. 

• We never deal with flight. Guest can book their own or if the big group demand us for flight, in that case, we will charge it on actual rate + Processing charges. Flight rates are not in our control. Guest has to bear the difference in flight costs while booking if any.

Visa And Insurance:

• Insurance is included up to the age of 55 with normal health conditions. The cost difference, if any has to be paid by guest additionally.  

• Kindly obtain necessary Schengen visa, travel / medical insurance and a valid passport before leaving home country. For any doubts or assistance write to info@intiamatkat.fi and we will help you to the best of our ability.

• Intiamatkat is not responsible for the clients Visa. We are just intermediary, who can help our guest to apply and only provide documents for Visa. 

• Visa is a complete process and always under the review of Embassy. Granting or Rejecting the Visa can be decided by Visa officer of Concern Embassy only. Intiamatkat has no intervention and role in the visa process.

• Tour Package Govt Service Tax 5 % applicable on the final deal ( Indian GST rules )
• Tour package tax - Vat 24% as per Finland law. Applied on the final deal

Tour Manager And Driver Services:

• Car / Bus driver will work only 10 Hrs in a day. As per European laws.

• Tour manager services will be available maximum 12 hrs in a day. As per EU laws

• Two tour managers/drivers need sufficient sleep and rest days to conduct smooth operations during the tour.

 

Accommodation:

• Check in & Check out time varies hotel to hotel.

• Room availability & Room Rate will be subject to change as per the occupancy.

• For cruise, cottages, camping and villas - group accommodation applies.

• All Hotels rates/taxes are subject to change without prior notice.

• Early Check-In / Late checkout will be subject to room availability at the time of Check In / Check out.

 

Booking:

• No services are blocked at the moment. Only on confirmation of the booking with Deposit, bookings will be initiated.

• Confirmation depends on room availability upon your placing of booking to us. Alternative Hotel/Room will be given; if the above-quoted hotel/room type is not available. Every effort will be made to ensure rate quoted remain same upon confirmation, however, the surcharge is unavoidable should higher room category / different category of hotel is given, due to quoted hotel/room type is fully booked.

• Full 100% payment to be paid at the time of confirming the booking.

• The offer is valid for 7 days from the date mentioned in the offer document.

 

Payment Schedule:

• 50% Payment - On the day of registration (As per EUR Rates)

• 30% Payment - 60 days prior to departure (As per EUR Rates)

• 20% balance Payment - 45 days prior to departure (As per EUR Rates)

 

Price And Exchange Rates:

• Exchange rates are calculated from www.forex.fi

• The quotation is calculated on the base category of rooms.

• The above rates are valid for the dates of travel and hotels/room types as indicated. In

• In case of any change in the dates of travel, amendment or rerouting of the itinerary, change in hotels/room types, the costs will vary accordingly.

• Any change in the number of pax will affect package cost.

 

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

• Up to 90 days: 30% of the total tour cost ora minimum of 400 euros per person is chargeable plus any fare/accommodation and train fare which is non-refundable #

• Up to 60 days: 50% of the total tour cost or a minimum of 500 euros per person is chargeable plus any fare/accommodation and train fare which is non-refundable #

• Up to 30 days: 70% of the total tour cost or a minimum of 1000 euros per person is chargeable plus any fare/accommodation and train fare which is non-refundable #

• After 30 days: no refund (any case, visa refusal, medical emergency etc. also)

• No Show: No Refund

 

Cancellation Policy In Case Of Visa Rejection:

• If your visa is rejected/refused or delayed by the consulate and we know the outcome 15 days prior to departure, then we will charge 25% of the tour cost.

• If the visa is rejected within 15 to 8 days of tour departure then the cancellation will be 40% of the tour cost.

• If the visa is rejected within 7 days or less of tour departure then the cancellation will be 70% of the tour cost.
